SHIPPING

Items shipped in Canada to a Canadian address will ship free of cost via Canada Post small parcel.
Items shipped to the USA will be shipped via Canada Post and a fee of $10.00 applies until $99.99 then is free over $100.00.
Currently I do not ship orders outside North America. To find out when this changes, please sign up for my newsletter from the homepage.
Please allow 2-3 business days for me to prepare your order for shipping. Some items require 7-15 business days
I ship the most economical fashion available for each order by shipping vacuum sealed. While the yarn becomes very flat it will plump back up in 24-48 hr after opening the package and given a gentle shake. If you'd rather your yarn was not vacuum-sealed, pleased contact me.

Shipping times vary depending on location Canada average is 2-8 business days US 4-12 business days.
Once your package enters the Canada Post shipping system I cannot be responsible for delays. Please contact me if your parcel is not delivered.
